Dr Faye Kirkland attended an inquest of Prince Kwabena Fosu, who died aged 31, in an Immigration Removal Centre near Heathrow Airport, in 2012.
The jury at the Coroner’s Court in West London found he had died following a psychotic illness, malnutrition, hypothermia and malnutrition, contributed to by neglect. They concluded there were gross failures across all the agencies involved.
